Miguel Danny is training with the main group

Zenit’s first side held practice today in Udelny Park in preparation for the upcoming match vs. Rubin on Saturday.

Zenit’s Portuguese halfback Miguel Danny trained for the full practice with Zenit’s main group for the first time since February. Danny has been recovering from injury until now in Portugal and under an individual program with a Zenit physiotherapist.

Danny’s readiness to take part in official Zenit matches will be determined later, and for now he continues to practice under the watchful eye of Zenit doctors.

Zenit will play its next match on August 25th at home to Rubin Kazan. The match starts at 16:00 St. Petersburg time. Tickets to the match are available on tickets.fc-zenit.ru.
