Our team, as per tradition, will play its home match in its azure uniform. Zenit’s goalkeeper will guard the net in black. Anderlecht has chosen the white colors. The Anderlecht goalkeeper will play in red. That means that our guest will play in a combination of colors of Zenit’s main competitor – Spartak Moscow.
About 18,000 to 20,000 fans are expected at the match, of which about 300 will be cheering for Anderlecht. That said, even though few Anderlecht fans made the trip to Petersburg, about 40 members of the press have come from Brussels to follow the match.
A total of 2,000 policemen and another 175 stewards will ensure safety at the match.
