Dick Advocaat, head coach of Russia's national team, named his list of players who will play in Russia's friendly against Iran on February 9th. The list includes seven Zenit players:
Vyacheslav Malafeev, Alexander Anyukov, Vladimir Bystrov, Igor Denisov, Konstantin Zyryanov, Roman Shirokov, and Alexander Kerzhakov. The match between the Russian and Iranian national sides will take place in Abu-Dabi.
Nicolas Lombaerts and Yury Zhevnov have also been called up to their national teams. The Belgian national team will play with Finland in Gent, and the Belarusian national side will take on Kazakhstan in Turkey. Both matches will also take place on February 9th.
