The plan for an active cooperation between the two clubs relates to club preparation, organisation and running of the matches, as well as the exchange of knowledge and experience in developing the club's first team and youth teams players. 

Zenit and Red Star also agreed on joint action in cooperation with football schools, academies and representatives of the players, as well as in dealing with transfer issues. 

To ensure the successful implementation of the agreement the clubs will hold joint meetings and consultations at all levels. The cooperation will set up working groups and committees, whose tasks will include the preparation and signing further agreements and contracts. In addition, the agreement provided for friendly matches and charity tournaments between the two clubs.
