Mogilevets debuted in the Zenit youth team in 2011 and two years made his debut for the Zenit first team in an official game. The midfielder played 20 matches with one assist for teh blue-white-sky blues. With Zenit Mogilevets won the Russian championship in 2014/15. 

In 2014, he went on out on loan, at first to Rubin Kazan and was selected for the extended list of the Russian national team at the World Cup. In 2015/16 he spent the season on loan at Rostov.
