During the final months of winter the midfielder took part in the five games, where Zenit scored one win, two draws and suffered two defeats. 

10-year-old Andrey Timofeev, from a local school for the visual impaired, met the club captain and awarded Danny his prize.

Andrey handed Danny his G-Drive award and in return received a gift from the midfielder autographed boots and a wish. 

"I am honored to receive the trophy from the hands of Andrey" said Danny. - "I wish him good health, happiness, and hope that all of his dreams come true." 

This is Danny's first time winning the award since its inception. In total, the midfielder has played for Zenit for 245 matches, scoring 64 goals and having made 87 assists.
