The morning training began at 9:45 am and lasted about two hours. The team alternated between practising with the ball and running exercises. The players worked on their passing, shuttle runs, holding on to the ball and finishing crosses. 

Artem Dzyuba is with the team but will train on an individual program.

The team will hold another training session on the evening of the 19th. The next friendly match is scheduled for 21 June when the blue-white-sky blues will play CSKA Sofia. The game will start at 17:00 St. Petersburg time and will be live on Zenit TV.
