Events start at 4pm at the stadium and from 4.30pm to 5.50pm the players will hold an autograph session for the fans. 

At 6pm the players will take part in a parade of legends pitchside, the championship-winning team will be together for the first time in 10 years and will have a lap of honour around the new stadium.
