Morning training at the Giulio Ones Olympic Training Centre began at 10:30 local time and lasted for about two hours. New signings, Magomed Ozdoev and Elmir Nabiullin joined the team and took part in the session.

In the final part of the training, Yuri Zhirkov scored the only goal in the match between the reds and blues.
