Zenit v Celtic: Spanish referees appointed for the match

40-year-old Antonio Mateu Lahoz will be the man in the middle for the UEFA Europa League game on Thursday.
He will be assisted by fellow Spaniards Pau Cebrian Devis, Roberto del Palomar, Carlos Del Cerro and Alejandro Hernandez. Teodoro Sobrino will be the fourth official. 

Zenit have had 13 matches with Spanish referees, having won eight, drawn once and suffered three losses. 

Lahoz has twice overseen the Russian national team, in a friendly match against Iceland in 2013 (2-0 to Russia) and in qualifying for the 2014 World Cup against Northern Ireland (2-0 also to Russia). He is on the FIFA list to referee at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

The match against Celtic will be held at Stadium St. Petersburg on Thursday 22 February and will begin at 21:00 St. Petersburg time.
