Tell us about the move, when did you hear about the interest from Zenit, did you have to think about coming to the blue-white-sky blues and what role did Mircea Lucescu play in your transfer? 

Of course Mr. Lucescu was a big part of my transition and I've been in touch with him. I know he has been watching me play. Now I want to start to perform for Zenit as soon as possible.

We've read and heard a lot about you, but can you tell the fans first-hand what is waiting for them on the football field? What are your strengths? 

This year I've proved myself at Atletico Paranaense, I've scored some goals and I'm particularly good at long shots.

Six months ago, Giuliano moved from Brazil to Zenit, do you know him? If yes, then did you consult with him when making your decision to move to Zenit? 

I once played against Giuliano in Brazil, when he was playing for Gremio. Personally, we do not know each other. But I know that Giuliano comes from where I am now playing - Curitiba. I think when we meet I will learn a lot from him about Zenit and St. Petersburg. 

At Atletico you wore number 23, but that's taken here, is there a number you'd like?

I don't know, because I don't know which numbers are free at Zenit. But I would like to take number 16.

You came to Russia at the right time, have you ever seen snow like this before? 

No, I've never lived in cold conditions, although a couple of times I've played at a low temperature. In any case, I will adapt to the climatic conditions and play for Zenit.
