When did you learn about Zenit's interest in you? 

At the end of the first half of the season. I was contacted by representatives of Zenit and we agreed to meet. At first I didn't take it seriously,  but once we had communicated, I understood that the club were really interested in me and of course I decided to come to Zenit.

How was your move sorted out? 

Everything was decided in the last few days of the year. I signed the papers, dealt with some small details. I got to know the guys quickly and passed the medical examination. My impressions about Zenit are totally positive!

What are you hoping for from this new phase of his career? 

For me, this is certainly a new challenge. After playing in the FNL I want to gain a foothold in the new club. I'm going to Dubai with my new team mates, I want to show them what I can do and to become a first-team regular. 

Have you chatted with your new manager yet? 

Not yet. Only with my new team mates. 

How was your New Year and did you keep fit during the holidays? 

I went on holiday with my girlfriend before coming home and spending the holidays with my family in the country. I tried to keep fit and trained individually.
