What do you think about today's CSKA? 

I watched the CSKA games. They decided to stay in Moscow and play against Russian teams and tried to replace players who were in the team. I think we are ready and they are not 100 percent ready. This team played as one unit for many years. Musa has gone Traore has joined them. It's here that they will build their game. 

How would you assess the results of the team during pre-season? 

The first gathering was to familiarise myself with the players. We played matches with medium strength teams. We saw how the young players could rise to the required level, and how it all looked. The second part of the camp we continued without a few of the younger players played against stronger teams. Unfortunately, we could not put out our best team straight away. We had some injuries like Lombaerts, some felt not fit. So I couldn't watch everyone. But I want to say that I liked the attitude of all the players, without exception at the training camp.

How was Alexander Kerzhakov performance at the camp?

I had a conversation with Alexander. I told him what I want to see in his relationship with the team. I think Zenit need Kerzhakov and Kerzhakov needs Zenit.
