Andrey was born in Leningrad on 28 July 1976, he is a graduate of a local university specializing in physical massage.
He began his career in football with Svetogorets and has worked with Dynamo SPB and Dynamo St.Petersburg basketball club. In 2008 he joined Zenit as a masseuse with the youth team.
In 2013 he started working with Zenit-2 and in 2017 joined the first team's backroom staff.
