a:2:{s:4:"TEXT";s:781:"Ivan was born in Moscow on 25 August 1991. He had his first professional contract with Moscow's Khimki FC which he signed in 2011. During the 2011/12 season he spent the season on loan at FC Istra where he played 17 matches in the second division. In 2012 he joined Torpedo Moscow where he played 38 matches and scored one goal. 

In January 2015 Novoseltsev moved to Rostov and while there he finished as a league runner-up and played 50 games, scoring two goals. In March 2015 Ivan made ??his debut for the Russian national team and has so far won three caps.
