Gazprom training camp in Dubai: 14 goals in one match, five games with Uzbek teams and other facts
The blue-white-sky blues have our first winter training camp in the United Arab Emirates since 2008, here are some details about our visits there.
We've played most often against teams from Uzbekistan, twice we've take on Bunyodkor, as well as games with Lokomotiv Tashkent, Shurtan and the country's Olympic team. In total, Zenit have played against teams from 12 countries around the world, including Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Zambia and Oman.
Zenit's biggest ever win was against Oman's Sohar in January 2017. The match ended14-1, with hat tricks from Kokorin and Djordjevic, as well as Baburin and Kerzhakov taking turns in goal for the opposition.

The only trophy won in the United Arab Emirates was the 2012 Dubai Matchworld Cup. Zenit beat Bunyodkor and the Iraqi and Uzbekistani Olympic teams.
