I'm very happy today, I want to thank Ufa who gave me a chance to gain experience and thank you to their fans too. Personally, my family and I are very happy to return to the city, which has become our home town. 

Of course, it was a great honour for me to even be among the candidates for this position and to be selected for the role gives me pride and a wonderful feeling. At the same time, I understand how difficult and tough it will be, there is a lot of work ahead of us, we must immediately start our work and quietly deal with the issues around the team.
