Zenit-2 lose out in Kursk in their last game of 2018

In the match of the 24th round of the FNL Zenit-2 lost 2-1 in Kursk to Avangard.
The blue-white-sky blues second side were already 2-0 down on 8 minutes and despite having 60% possession in the first half. Radimov's side were unable to change the scoreline and went in at half-time, two goals down.

Nikolay Prudnikov got the only goal of the game for the away team on 86 minutes from the penalty spot and Zenit-2 went down 2-1 to the team challenging for promotion.

Zenit-2 remain in last place in the FNL table and will end 2018 on 8 points. 12 points behind 19th place Sibir.
