I am happy with our second training camp in Turkey and it was a success. We were lucky with the weather and we had two friendly matches against strong teams. In the first game we beat Krylia Sovetov 3-1 and had many new players with us, in the second match against the Kyzyl-Zhar we drew 2-2 and they played and we go on to the next match in Ekaterinburg. 

How ready is the team to resume the league season? 

We are ready, but the game against Ural will tell us. The main thing is that the guys play the football we demand from them and they play the right football. 

A lot of very young guys have joined the team, are you worried about this?

The backbone of the team has remained the same, some guys have been added to the first team from our reserve players born in 2001 or 2002. They are competing for a place in the starting lineup, but in reality, the older players who were on the pitch in the first part of the season, will be looking to start. 

The youth team are third in the table. What targets have you set for the players for the second part of the season?

Every coach, footballer and athlete always has the highest goals and wants to win. We haven't forgotten about our main job, to develop players. I have spoken with the guys and they are all charged up and want to win medals. I like that very much and it shows that the guys have brought that character from the academy with them, they joined us hardened and with the spirit of winners. We only need to give them the reason to continue in the same spirit. I give them tasks to help them develop. The players themselves want to win every match and win medals. 

At the weekend you won your latest trophy, being one of the Russian team that won the Legends Cup. How do you feel?

Our opponents fell into our trap, the Moscow nights pulled them in and took their toll. We played the game in the morning and the Russian team took the tournament very seriously, so the other teams had no chance.
