Sergei Semak: "We cannot be happy with either how we played or the result"

The Zenit boss on the 1-0 defeat to Rostov.
The first half was almost without incidents or chances. As for the second as well as the penalty, Rostov also had chances to score. The team that won deserved it more. We played with uncertainty in defence and there was a lack of passion too from the guys that started. We cannot be happy with either how we played or the result, but we can understand what went on and draw the necessary conclusions.

Which of the players who started today took their chance?

We have ideas about how things will move forward and we will discuss our transfer policies with the management in the near future.

Alexander Yerokhin came on today after a long time out injured. How do you think he did?

Yerokhin has been out for a long time and today we had a reason to get him out there. He is an important player for us and we wanted to get him back out on the pitch.
