The Zenit coaching legend shared his thoughts on the game with the stars of tomorrow.
93-year-old Vladimir Savin trained many of the club's great goalkeepers, including Vyacheslav Malafeev and Yuri Okroshidze. But his life is not only about goalkeeping.

Within the army, Savin rose to the rank of colonel and served in the Second World War, where he won the Order of the Great Patriotic War (second class) as well as the medals For the Defence of Leningrad and For the Victory over Germany among others.

Savin met with academy students born in 2007, 2008 and 2009 and told them about the War and his near forty-year career as a football coach.
