I'm the head coach of the Zenit youth team and today I stayed at home.

Many of you are no longer going to school and university and are spending less time outside. Try and look at it on the other hand, it's a chance to spend more time with your loved ones or to read that book that you've been putting off for a long time, think about your plans and to improve your grades at school and start again.

Don't forget to train and keep fit. Go out less and wash your hands more often.

Take care of your health and soon we will be back on the football pitch. In the meantime, I'm going to exercise. Are you with me?!
