The UEFA website made the announcement today following a meeting of their executive committee.

This year's UEFA Champions League will be completed in Lisbon, where one-game quarter-finals, semi-finals and the final will all take place from Wednesday 12 August to Sunday 23 August.

Istanbul will host now host next season's UEFA Champions League final (2020/21) and the Gazprom Arena will host the 2021/22 season's final.
