Alberto Navarro was born on 18 March 1983 in Cáceres, Spain. In 2005 he began his professional career with the Spanish Football Federation as a physiotherapist where he spent nine years. In 2012 he opened his own practice in Cáceres working with footballers, basketball players and private athletes.
