FC Zenit reserve the right to reacquire the player at the end of the 2020/21 season.
Ilya was born on July 11th, 1999 and is a graduate of the Gazprom Academy, which he joined when he was aged 7.
In the summer of 2018, Ilya joined Zenit 2 where he played 53 games and scored 13 times.
In August of this year, Ilya went on loan to recently promoted Russian Premier Liga side Khimki, where he played three games before the mutual termination of his loan deal.
