Andrey Arshavin spoke to us on his appointment: "Participation in the Youth Working Group is a good opportunity for us to exchange our experiences with colleagues from European clubs. Our coaches have been participating in seminars at the top European academies for some time now, as well as entering international tournaments. Now we will have an opportunity to interact with clubs at another level. We will work together and see what happens."
