Sebastian Driussi was born on 9 February 1996 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He started his career at River Plate and played 92 matches, scored 25 goals and made 8 assists for his boyhood club. He also won the Argentinian title and the Copa Libertadores while at River. In July 2017 he joined Zenit.

As part of the blue-white-sky blues, Driussi has played 132 matches, scored 25 goals and made 26 assists. He has twice won the Russian league title as well as the Russian Cup and the Russian Super Cup.
