Eight cities have announced they will host fans at the tournament, and that includes the Gazprom Arena, which will have a minimum of 50% of the total capacity of the stadium, this number may also increase and a final announcement will be made at the end of April. 

Seven other cities will also host fans ranging from 25% to 100%. These are Budapest (100% capacity), Baku (50%), Amsterdam, Bucharest, Copenhagen, Glasgow (all four - from 25% to 33%), London (minimum 25% and possibly more for the later rounds). 

An announcement on the four remaining cities; Munich, Rome, Bilbao and Dublin, will be made on 19 April. 

UEFA have also stated that St. Petersburg authorities are considering the possibility of allowing foreign fans with tickets to attend the matches, with a negative COVID-19 test.
