Our women’s team has joined a new project organized by UEFA and Disney-Playmakers.
This project is a training system designed to engage girls, aged 5-8 years old in to football through movements, games and Disney Cartoons.
The project will offer free training sessions throughout the year. Ekaterina Sochneva, Zenit’s captain, will attend and participate in the training sessions.
The start of the girls training program is scheduled on April 27 at 10 Torzhkovskaya Street in St. Petersburg. The classes will be held twice a week, Tuesday and Friday at 18:30 (St. Petersburg time). You can book your appointment by calling at +7 981 834-15-22 (Pavel Antropov).
Disney-Playmakers programme is based on a unique approach developed by UEFA. Each workout is based on the stories of the world famous Disney cartoons - The Incredibles and Frozen. Under the instructions and guidance of coaches, the girls will gain basic football skills by the help of popular characters such as Elastica, Mister Exceptional, Elsa, Anna and Olaf.
