Vladimir Chagin is a Russian rally driver who has won the Dakar Rally driving for Kamaz on seven occasions. He took the title in 2000, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2010 and 2011, making him the most successful single category driver in the competition's history. He is known as "The Tsar of Dakar".

The autograph session will be held on the second floor of Stand C and starts at 5:30pm St. Petersburg time and lasts for one hour.
