Two Zenit staff save the life of a teenage boy

Yuri Vasin and Dmitry Neklyudov from Zenit U19s medical team saved a life in Sochi this week. They saw a serious traffic accident involving a young man and the pair performed emergency first aid until an ambulance arrived.

The Zenit U19 doctor and the masseur provided medical assistance to the teenage scooter rider and prevented serious blood loss, as well as treating his open leg fracture and his other various injuries. The two were on scene for around 25 minutes until the scooter rider was taken to the hopsital.

We are pleased to report the boy's injuries are not life-threatening thanks to their swift actions and the club commend Yuri and Dmitry for what they did.
