Euro 2020 at the Gazprom Arena: Ticket holders must obtain a FAN ID in advance to order to attend matches

FAN ID issuing centres are located in St. Petersburg at 48 Nevsky Prospekt, on the second floor of the Mall at 72 Primorsky and in Moscow at House 4, 24 Luzhniki Street.

After purchasing your Euro 2020 match ticket, you must compete the FAN ID application form on the official website fan-id.ru, or at one of the official FAN ID issuing centres. After receiving confirmation, you can collect your official FAN ID at the pickup centre.

Your match ticket and FAN ID are both required in order to attend a Euro 2020 game.
