Sergey Chibisov was born on 1 March 2000 and made his way through the Gazprom Academy and played 26 matches for Zenit-2 last season as the team finished runners-up in the PFL. Sergei also made his debut for the Zenit first team in the Russian Premier Liga last season, playing 12 minutes against Tambov.

Sergei Chibisov said to us on his transfer: “I want to thank everyone for the successful season and the time I've had at the club. I thank the fans, my teammates, our coaches and the club's medical and administrative staff. Zenit helped me develop a lot and have allowed me to play at the highest level. I am incredibly grateful to everyone and am happy and proud to have been part of this club. I would like to wish everyone all the best for the future,to not have any injuries and I'll see you on the pitch!"
