Tickets are only available to season ticket holders and should be reserved online and collected at the club's ticket offices. The Gazprom Arena ticket office is open daily from 10:00 to 20:00 and is located directly in front of the stadium.

All ticket holders must be in possession of a COVID-19 QR code or vaccination certificate, plus personal identification. 

The match with CSKA Moscow takes place on Sunday 28 November at 8pm St. Petersburg time.
