Each month of the calendar has a picture of a Zenit player or coach along with a cat from St. Petersburg's Novy Dom cat shelter. The centre for felines looking for a new home is just over five years old and already has more than 100 cats resident there. 

Each page of the calendar has a brief profile of each cat as well as a QR code with a link to the shelter's website where you can find out more information for adopting a cat.
