Referee appointment made for the Spartak v Zenit match

40-year-old Pavel Kukuyan from Sochi has been appointed for a Zenit game for the 14th time in his career.
In the previous 13 Zenit games refereed by Pavel Kukuyan the team from St. Petersburg won seven times, lost three times and three matches ended with a draw. The last match was on 13 August 2022 when Zenit won 2-1 against CSKA at the Gazprom Arena.
The match against Spartak will take place in Moscow on Sunday 4 September and will kick off at 8pm St. Petersburg time.
