27 January, on the day of the 79th year since the end of the Siege of Leningrad the blue-white-sky blues visited the memorial at Victory Square.

The footballers paid respect to the victims of the Siege with a minute of silence, placed the flowers at the memorial dedicated to the defenders of Leningrad and visited the museum.

The Gazprom Academy and Zenit remember and thank everyone who made the ultimate sacrifice for us to be able to live in peace in the best city in the world now.
