This important working programme was signed between Zenit and Fenerbahçe after the charity match to raise money for earthquake relief played in Istanbul last Thursday.

Zenit and Fenerbahçe sign a major cooperation agreement

This signed understanding is valid for two years and covers both clubs across their men's and women's football teams, as well as basketball and many other behind the scenes activities.

The agreement will include such things as friendly matches, and the two clubs taking part in tournaments across all ages and levels. Training and exchange coaching programmes, as well as professionals exchanges for backroom staff working in areas such as legal, finance, scouting, marketing and more.

The two clubs will also look at working together in the development of youth football, including reciprocity programmes for young players from both the Fenerbahçe and Gazprom Academies.

We aim that this important partnership will be beneficial for both clubs, and help Zenit to develop in all areas within both our short and long term plans.
