Yordan Osorio was born on 10 May 1994 in Barinas, Venezuela and began his career at Zamora, making his first team debut in April 2014. He played 103 games for the Venezuela club, scoring five goals and winning the league three times in his time there.
In 2017 he moved to Portugal and joined Tondela, where he went on to play 26 matches in the Portuguese Championship and scored three goals. In 2018, he moved on loan to Porto and won the league title. Six months later, he made the move to Porto permanent.
He spent the 2018-19 season on loan at Vitória Guimarães and played 30 times there, scoring 2 goals.
He has won 10 caps for Venezuela and made his international debut in June 2017 in a friendly against the United States.
