Hulk moves to China to play in Shanghai

Zenit and Shanghai SIPG have reached an agreement for the transfer of the Brazil striker. The transfer fee has been agreed at 55.8 million Euros with the option of additional payments.
Hulk joined the blue-white-sky blues from Portuguese side Porto on the 3rd September 2012 for 40 million euros. Within three weeks of the transfer he had scored the first of his 77 goals for Zenit. 

The Brazilian striker spent four seasons in St. Petersburg and became the first player from his homeland to play for Zenit. He has deservedly become one of the best players in the club's history as well as in the Russian Premier League. Hulk has been one of the stars of Zenit's European campaign and at the same time has represented his country at the Copa America and the World Cup.

Hulk played 148 matches for Zenit, scoring 143 points in the "goal + assist" system. Together with the team he won the club's fifth league title and the gold star above the club crest. He also won the Russian Cup and the Super Cup of Russia. Four times the striker was included in the list of 33 best players of Russia, in first place for his position and has been repeatedly recognized as the best player in the country. He has won the G-Drive Player of the Month award on numerous occasions as well as winning the G-Drive. Player of the Season award.
