— Zenit has played two matches in a week. First you destroyed Rostov, and now the team won easily over Volga. Is Zenit picking up steam?
— Ya, both of our last two matches went very well for us. We got quick goals in both games, and won both matches. It`s important that we`re playing as a team now, as a group. Zenit was playing very well before now too, but we were unlucky sometimes. But we haven`t changed our plans. We still have to win every match.

— Everybody is talking now about the unpleasant incident after the match, but nobody knows what really happened.
— I just went to give my jersey to the fans after the match, when a police officer appeared behind me and tased me in the back with his electric shocker. I don`t know why that happened. Maybe he thought that I was one of the fans. Sometimes people do really awful things.

— What did you feel at that moment?
— It was a strange feeling. It`s just amazing that that kind of thing can happen at sporting events, but here, in Russia, apparently everything is possible.
