The years go by, but the passion remains! An open letter from the Zenit supporters

The 21^st of September is the 40th anniversary of the birth of the Zenit Supporters Association! Is that a lot of time or not so much? 

For us, it is a lifetime! 

More than just one generation has changed in those 40 years. Some have spent their entire adult life on the terraces, some are now taking their children or grandchildren to the stands, and some are just starting out on their life as a supporter. 

During those 40 years we have gone from a small sector to a huge grandstand, we’ve visited hundreds of cities, traveled thousands of kilometers and experienced our biggest wins alongside the team! 

We’ve made new friends and, unfortunately, lost old ones along the way. We’ve had tears of joy as well as tears of grief, such as when we say goodbye to a Zenit legend, many of which had become family to us.

The most important thing is that over the years, we’ve been able to give our energy and passion to Zenit, without that, our love for the club could not exist! We want the same for everyone who believes that their heart is forever blue-white-sky blue!
