In February 2010, he joined Lokomotiv Moscow and played 56 matches, scoring three goals for the railwaymen. In July 2014, he moved to Rubin Kazan on loan and joined on a permanent transfer a year later. In Kazan Ozdoev played 87 matches and scored 9 goals, before returning to Terek on loan for the second half of the 2016/17 season.
