The team return from their holidays and are back in training

On the evening of 14 June, the champions meet up at the Gazprom Training Centre.
Sergei Semak's first training session was attended by players not called up for international duty and included Luka Djordjevic and Egor Baburin, both returning from loan.

The players congratulated Anton Zabolotny on his birthday and then conducted a series of running and playing exercises.

Until 18 June the team will train in St. Petersburg before heading to Austria for the first Gazprom Training Camp and a series of friendly games.

The first official match of the 2019/20 season will be on 6 July in Moscow when Zenit and Lokomotiv compete for the Russian Super Cup in the season opener.
