Zenit take all the points in Ekateringburg

Sergei Semak's men win 3-1 away to Ural in the Russian Premier League.
An Artem Dzyuba flick-on after a corner saw Branislav Ivanovic head Zenit in front in the Ekateringburg Arena after just 3 minutes. Magomed Ozdoev was next up, ending a wonderful team move by firing home in the box after receiving the killer pass from Sardar Azmoun on 27 minutes,  in what must be a goal of the month contender. Ural pulled one back on 58 minutes after Oleg Shatov sent the ball into his own net from an Ural corner, but Zenit wrapped up the points through Sardar Azmoun on 63. The Iranian pouncing on a goalkeeping error to top off his excellent display and send the 3 points back to the Gazprom Arena.

The blue-white-sky blues are back in first place in the RPL table on 26 points.

Sergei Semak's sides next match will be on 19 October at home to Rostov.
