Daniil Kuznetsov: "We should make at least the top three"
The Zenit U17 defender gave an interview to the YFL website.
I think that the team is united, we are playing at a good standard and some of the squad players have come in to cover the injured first XI players, we have many out injured at the moment. We've started playing quite well, and when everyone is fully fit we should make at least the top three.
About his daily routine
I get up at about 9.30, have breakfast, do what my mother tells me to do and then at 2pm I go to training and do four sets, I do running, the horizontal bars, the parallel bars and press ups, then I ride a bike. In the evening I play on my Playstation in my free time.
Getting used to the Youth Football League
It was not difficult to get used to, because I trained a lot with the team and this preseason I played with the team. The coach, has given me chances and i've either got an assist or scored, so it's not been difficult at all, including physically.
Getting into professional football
I started playing at four. Dad took me to training so I could try the game and I liked it! I live in Kolpino, my first team was Izhorets-Inkon and I played there for seven years, and then I managed to get into Zenit. In Izhorets I had a good season and was invited for a trail that lasted two months and I was asked to stay, I was 12 years old at the time. Our family play sport and my father is my biggest fan, he supports me a lot, as do my whole family.
