This will be the third Zenit match of his career and he will be assisted by Vladimir Murashov and Konstantin Shalamberidze from Moscow. Anton Anopa from Blagoveshchensk will be the fourth official and VAR will be operated by Alexei Sukhoi and Andrei Bolotenkov. 

Kukulyak previous two matches with Zenit inlcude the 0-0 away draw with Arsenal Tula in November 2020 and the 3-2 away win over CSKA on 17 March 2021.

The first match of this Russian Premier Liga season is against Khimki on Saturday 24 July at 5.30pm St. Petersburg time.
