Zenit and MegaFon nominated for a European Club Association award
The ECA is excited to announce that the ECA Awards are back and that 16 inspirational club projects have been shortlisted for awards. The blue-white-sky blues have been nominated for an ECA Corporate Partnership Award 2021 after our MegaFon & Zenit Champions' Celebration project drew their attention.
"MegaFon and Zenit prepared some bonuses for the fans to make the Champion's day even more special! The brand launched immediately after the final whistle initiatives incl. Unlimited Internet access for the clients to celebrate the victory of their favourite Club;
Opportunity to change the operator name at the mobile screen from "MegaFon" to "MegaFon Zenit #1, Chatbot in Social media, where users received players champions' cards with autographs; Branded live-streaming from the stadium and advertising digital boards around the city."
Zenit are the only Russian club to be shortlisted for an award and are competing alongside Feyenoord, PSV and Young Boys for the prize in the Corporate Partnership category.
The winners will be announced at the 26th General Assembly of the European Clubs on 6-7 September in Geneva.
