The Zenit players have left today to join up with the national teams.

Dmitry Chistyakov, Alexey Sutormin, Alexander Erokhin and Daler Kuzyaev will all be part of the Russia squad that will take on Slovakia in Kazan on 8 October and Slovenia in Maribor on 11 October as part of the World Cup 2022 qualifying.

Sardar Azmoun will be with Iran to play against the UAE on 7 October in Dubai and South Korea on 12 October in Tehran. 

Wilmar Barrios and Colombia play Uruguay on 8 October in Montevideo, Brazil on 11 October in Barranquilla and Ecuador on 15 October in Barranquilla.

Kirill Kravtsov, David Byazrov and Yevgeny Kim are part of Russia's youth setup for their upcoming internationals.

All the other Zenit players will resume training on Thursday 7 October with their first league game being against Arsenal Tula on 16 October.
