He will be assisted by Igor Demeshko and Dmitriy Cheltsov. The fourth official will be Vladimir Moskalev. VAR will be operated by Pavel Kukuyan and Dmitriy Mosyakin.

In the previous 48 Zenit games refereed by Sergey Karasev the team from St. Petersburg won 30 times, lost seven times and 11 matches ended with a draw. The last match was on 19 March when Zenit played away against CSKA and lost 1-0.

The match against Rostov will take place in Rostov on Don on Sunday 16 April and will kick off at 7pm St. Petersburg time.
